A bit of a new category. The Diagnostic and Intelligence platforms are software that thinks like a senior strategist. Growth Leadership and Execution Support are senior operators who lead the work. You can use the platforms alone, or have us lead delivery too.

It is our framework for reading growth as a system of nine levers, in three pillars: Foundation, Demand and Compounding. We score each lever on evidence to produce a single 9X Score and a ranked set of Growth Priorities. Your growth moves at the speed of your weakest lever, so we find that lever first.

The difference is that we don't start with the framework, we start with your evidence. The nine levers are scored on what is actually happening in your business, not on a generic model applied from the outside. The output is specific to you.

The Growth Diagnostic Platform answers "what is happening?" It measures your nine levers and names your Growth Priorities. The Growth Intelligence Platform answers "what should we do about it?" It turns those priorities into a complete Growth Blueprint. One establishes the facts, the other designs the strategy.

No. Most engagements begin with the Diagnostic and you decide what comes next. Many clients take the platforms and run the work themselves. Others want senior hands on delivery through Growth Leadership or Execution Support. You're never pushed to the next step before it's earned.

The Growth Diagnostic is typically completed in about two to three weeks, and is light on your team's time. The Growth Blueprint usually follows within a further two to three weeks. Leadership and execution engagements are ongoing and scaled to your needs.

The platforms use technology to reason at scale, but the methodology, the judgement and the standards are ours. Nothing is invented. Every finding is tied to your own evidence, and where the data is thin, we say so.

The two platforms are fixed, one-time prices, shown on our Pricing page. Leadership, execution and revenue-sharing engagements are scoped to the business in front of us, so we quote those after the Executive Growth Review rather than list prices that mean little out of context.
