We stand behind our work. Here is exactly how refunds work.

This Refund Policy applies to online purchases of the Scale9X Growth Diagnostic Platform and Growth Intelligence Platform, sold under the Scale9X brand operated by PT Indojaya Lakshmi Adisurya. Our advisory and delivery services are governed by their own written agreements and are not covered here.
Your purchase and payment are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
We offer a 14-day refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Email info@scale9x.com with your order details (the email used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle receipt or order number). You may also contact Paddle's buyer support directly via the receipt Paddle sent you. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Where applicable taxes were collected at checkout, they are refunded together with any refunded amount, in line with Paddle's processes.
Questions about refunds: info@scale9x.com, PT Indojaya Lakshmi Adisurya, AXA Tower, Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio, Jakarta 12940, Indonesia. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
