This Privacy Policy explains how the Scale9X brand, operated by PT Indojaya Lakshmi Adisurya ("Scale9X", "we", "us"), handles personal data collected through our websites and platforms. • Business information you provide — the answers, context and documents you enter into the Diagnostic and Intelligence platforms so we can produce your report.
• Usage data — basic technical and usage information (such as pages viewed and actions taken) used to operate and improve the service.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment and basic order information.
• Communications — messages you send us, for example when you request support or book a review.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the platforms and produce your diagnostic report or growth blueprint.
• To create, secure and support your account.
• To process your purchase (via Paddle) and send service and transactional messages.
• To improve our platforms and methodology.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. AI processing

Our platforms use trusted third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to help analyse the information you provide and generate your report. Content is processed to deliver the service to you. We do not sell your data, and we work with providers who do not use business content submitted through their API to train their models.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Scale9X, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, invoicing and tax.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers — for secure hosting, databases and delivery of the platforms.
• AI providers — as described above, to generate your deliverables.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal or business data to anyone.

5. International transfers

We operate internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers above. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required for legal, tax and legitimate business purposes. You may ask us to delete your data as described below.
